Softball Preview: Independence Bulldogs vs. Labette County Grizzlies
Independence and Labette County are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2016, but likely not for long. The Independence Bulldogs will head out on the road to square off against the Labette County Grizzlies at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Independence is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 8.2 runs per game this season.
On Monday, Independence earned an 8-5 win over Parsons. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Independence.

Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought match, but Labette County had to settle for an 8-6 defeat against Fort Scott on Friday.
