Last Wednesday, Amsterdam came up short against Queensbury and fell 48-41. The defeat continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Spartans: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, on FridaySouth Glens Falls kept up with Scotia-Glenville until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. Everything went Scotia-Glenville's way against South Glens Falls as Scotia-Glenville made off with a 50-29 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Tartans have posted since December 23, 2024.

Amsterdam's loss dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Scotia-Glenville, the win got them back to even at 9-9.

Amsterdam was able to grind out a solid victory over Scotia-Glenville when the teams last played back in January, winning 72-65. Will Amsterdam repeat their success, or does Scotia-Glenville have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
