Lancaster Baptist's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Trona Tornadoes. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Tornadoes: they've now won three in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-20, 25-12.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lancaster Baptist to victory, but perhaps none more so than Isabel Alvarez, who had seven kills and four aces.

The win got Lancaster Baptist back to even at 2-2. As for Trona, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Lancaster Baptist will challenge Faith Baptist at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. After both having extra time off, Trona and Mojave will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be the Tornadoes' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
