Soccer Recap: South Fort Myers' Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

After soaring to four goals the game before, South Fort Myers was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They fell just short of the Golden Gate Titans by a score of 1-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wolfpack of the 4-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2021.

South Fort Myers' defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-6-1. As for Golden Gate, their victory bumped their record up to 10-2-5.

As of now, neither South Fort Myers nor Golden Gate have any future games scheduled.
