Softball Game Preview: Franklin Yellowjackets vs. McNair Eagles

The Franklin Yellowjackets will face off against the McNair Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with ten consecutive losses for Franklin and seven for McNair.

On Thursday, Franklin didn't have quite enough to beat Weston Ranch and fell 16-15. Even if the Yellowjackets couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for McNair's offense. They lost 19-0 to Stagg on Thursday.

Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for McNair, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11.

Franklin might still be hurting after the 12-6 loss they got from McNair when the teams last played on April 1st. Can the Yellowjackets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
