Bellevue West is 0-5 against Millard North since April of 2016 but things could change on Monday. The Thunderbirds will face off against the Mustangs at 6:15 p.m. Bellevue West is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.7 goals per game this season.

If Millard North heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Bellevue West took over last week. The Thunderbirds won by a goal and slipped past Buena Vista 2-1. Dalen Wright Jr. had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Bellevue West.

Meanwhile, Millard North faced Lincoln Southeast in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Mustangs' defense stepped up to hand the Knights a 1-0 shutout. The victory was nothing new for Millard North as they're now sitting on five straight.

Millard North pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for Bellevue West, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Bellevue West couldn't quite get it done against Millard North in their previous matchup two weeks ago as they fell 2-0. Can the Thunderbirds avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
