Baseball Recap: Northridge Takes a Loss

Northridge lost against Heath back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Vikings' loss continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Northridge saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Titus Hardin, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Northridge's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Heath, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northridge will host Mt. Gilead at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Heath, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mt. Vernon at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
