Softball Recap: Lehigh Comes Up Short

After flying high against Dunbar last Tuesday, Lehigh came back down to earth. The Lehigh Lightning came up short against the Riverdale Raiders on Thursday, falling 17-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Lightning were not able to get on the board.

Lehigh's defeat dropped their record down to 2-3. As for Riverdale, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Lehigh didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 21-4 loss against Babcock on the 3rd. As for Riverdale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 10-0 win against Bonita Springs on the 4th.
