Recap: East Clinton Astros vs. Felicity-Franklin Cardinals
The East Clinton Astros's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a 55-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Felicity-Franklin. East Clinton has not had much luck with Felicity-Franklin recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Landen Forbes was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds for Felicity-Franklin. Another player making a difference was Zander Marlow, who scored eight points along with eight assists and six rebounds.
East Clinton has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Felicity-Franklin, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.
East Clinton will look to defend their home court on Friday against Williamsburg at 7:00 p.m. Williamsburg is looking to tack on another W to their five-game streak on the road. As for Felicity-Franklin, they will face off against Georgetown at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
