Volleyball Recap: Orange Lutheran Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Orange Lutheran entered their contest against Mater Dei on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Lancers came up short against the Monarchs, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lancers of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-19, 25-16.

Addison Underwood paced Orange Lutheran's offense, picking up six kills. Underwood got some help from Marley Robinson and her 18 assists.

Orange Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 23-5. As for Mater Dei, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.

Orange Lutheran will be playing at home against Woodrow Wilson at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mater Dei, they will take on Valley Christian in a tournament on Friday.
