Sanger barely beat Justin Garza the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Apaches' pitchers stepped up to hand the Guardians a 10-0 shutout on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Apaches, who have now won eight matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

Sanger pushed their record up to 16-7 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Justin Garza, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-14.

Sanger will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Guardians: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
