Hutchinson won the last time they faced Maize and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Salthawks walked away with a 2-0 win over the Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Salthawks.

Hutchinson never let Maize on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 26-24.

Hutchinson's victory bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Maize, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-16.

Hutchinson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Maize South on the 7th. As for Maize, they will be playing at home against Derby at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
