If Meek was riding high fresh off their 58-6 takedown of Shoals Christian last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers took a blow against the Addison Bulldogs on Friday, falling 61-22. The Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-16.

Elijah Roberts continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Addison, rushing for 46 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while also throwing for 180 yards and two TDs on only 14 passes. Those 180 passing yards gave Roberts a new career-high. Zayne Smith was another key player, rushing for 65 yards and a pair of scores.
