Football Recap: Charleston Comes Up Short

After flying high against East Prairie last Friday, Charleston came back down to earth. The Bluejays took a blow against the Sikeston Bulldogs on Friday, falling 55-12. The Bluejays were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-12.

Charleston's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Sikeston, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6.

As of now, neither Charleston nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
