Volleyball Preview: Whitehall Vikings vs. Spring Lake Lakers
The Whitehall Vikings will head out to square off against the Spring Lake Lakers at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Spring Lake took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Whitehall, who comes in off a win.
Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Whitehall turned things around against Orchard View on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cardinals. The Vikings not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 23rd (when they won 3-0).
Meanwhile, Spring Lake came up short against Holland Christian on Wednesday and fell 3-1. The loss continues a trend for the Lakers in their meetings with the Maroons: they've now lost eight in a row.
