Softball Preview: Meadville Eagles vs. Grundy County Panthers
The Meadville Eagles will stay at home for another game and welcome the Grundy County Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meadville knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past six matches -- so hopefully Grundy County likes a good challenge.

McKinlee Fletcher was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, a triple, and a triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Clara Burnett, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.
Meanwhile, Grundy County was not able to break out of their rough patch last Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 10-5 to Novinger.
Meadville pushed their record up to 7-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Grundy County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
