Bel Air was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 13-8 to the Rising Sun Tigers. One positive for the Bobcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Daniel Pena made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Nolan Blizzard, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Bel Air's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Rising Sun, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Bel Air will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Havre de Grace at 3:30 p.m. on the 11th. Rising Sun has already played their next match (against North Caroline), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
