Volleyball Recap: Indio Rajahs vs. San Jacinto Tigers
Indio came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the San Jacinto Tigers, falling 3-0. If the Rajahs were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Indio was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21, 25-19.
Tristan 'Zaza' Zazueta was the offensive standout of the match as he had 41 assists. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in assists.
