Basketball Game Preview: Franklin Panthers vs. Eagle Rock Eagles

Franklin is 1-9 against Eagle Rock since December of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Franklin has given up an average of 60 points per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

It was a proper cat-fight when Franklin challenged Lincoln on Friday. The Panthers lost 60-37 to the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Eagle Rock lost to Chaminade on the road by a 63-47 margin on Monday. While losing is never fun, Eagle Rock can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 600th, while Chaminade is ranked 47th).

Eagle Rock's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 7-16.
