Volleyball Recap: Thurston Comes Up Short

After flying high against Springfield on Tuesday, Thurston came back down to earth. The Colts came up short against the North Eugene Highlanders on Thursday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Highlanders this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss back in September.

Thurston dropped their record down to 9-12 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for North Eugene, their win bumped their record up to 6-11.

Thurston does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Eugene, they will head out to face off against Springfield at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
