Frankenmuth extended the longest winning streak in Tri-Valley - East this week by beating North Branch, 51-6. The win marks sixth in a row for the the Eagles.
Millington took down Caro 51-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Birch Run's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Andrew Helm threw for four yards and Zachary Helm had four yards receiving. On the ground Preston Hogan chipped in 90 yards.
Birch Run's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jared Burke has thrown for 113 yards and one touchdown this season, while Helm has 11 catches for 69 yards. Hogan leads the league in rushing with 657 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Garber takes on Frankenmuth. The Dukes are in fourth place, while John Blankenship's team is in first place.
Garber led Tri-Valley - East in scoring this week after putting up 64 points on Bridgeport.
