Forest Park had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 24-run drubbing they dealt Potomac Senior on Tuesday. The Bruins were the clear victors by a 25-1 margin over the Panthers. Considering the Bruins have won nine games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Forest Park is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-7 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Potomac Senior, they dropped their record down to 4-13 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
