Jerome won the last time they faced Minico and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Tigers put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 8-1 win. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 3-0.

Jerome's offense was hitting Minico from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Jensen Cook led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Jerome now has a winning record of 3-2-2. As for Minico, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Jerome will take on rival Wood River at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Minico is set to face off against their familiar foe Burley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
