Butler entered their tilt with Prairie View on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Buffalos 3-0. The Bears have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Buffalos, too.
Tandee Hiser paced Butler's offense, picking up 20 kills. Hiser got some help from Kamden Fennewald and her 40 assists. Georgia Mccoun controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
Butler's victory bumped their record up to 16-1-1. As for Prairie View, they dropped their record down to 5-16 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road.
Looking ahead, Butler will welcome Lutheran at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Prairie View, they will take on Wellsville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
