Soccer Game Preview: Patrick County vs. Glenvar

Patrick County hasn't had much luck against Glenvar recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Cougars will welcome the Highlanders at 7:00 p.m.

It was a proper cat-fight when Patrick County took on Radford on Tuesday. The Cougars and the Bobcats finished up their contest with a 3-3 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time Patrick County have been dealt a draw since back in March.

Meanwhile, Glenvar kept a clean sheet against Radford on Monday. They put the hurt on the Bobcats with a sharp 4-0 win. The result was nothing new for Glenvar, who have now won four matchups by four goals or more so far this season.

They hit Radford with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Gabby Barba (2), Ryleigh Dickerson, and Lilia Schwab.

With that draw, Patrick County's record moves to 4-1-2. As for Glenvar, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.
