The biggest upset of the week belonged to Lely, who took down 327th ranked Lely, 10-5. Breon Brown ran for 181 yards and caught one passes for 44 yards in the win.
Golden Gate moved up to 314 from 349 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 5A District 12. The Titans were able to make move up by beating the Trojans 10-5.
Xavier Richardson was the best wideout in the league this week as Immokalee fell to Barron Collier. Richardson racked up three receptions for 83 yards. J.C. Jackson helped Immokalee's passing attack out by catching four balls for 44 yards.
Taylor Anderson put up the best numbers through the air as Golden Gate beat Lely. He finished with six completions for 117 yards and one touchdown.
Immokalee's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Indians feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Tshumbi Johnson has thrown for 887 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Jackson has 21 catches for 333 yards. D'ernest Johnson leads the league in rushing with 460 yards.
Mike DiGrigoli's team made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 5,928 from 6,759. The improvement was the result of 10-5 victory over Stacey Stewart's team last week.
