Soccer Recap: Joppatowne Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Joppatowne unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 5-1 to the Edgewood Rams on Monday. Joppatowne were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Edgewood apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Looking ahead, Joppatowne will venture away from home to face off against Winters Mill at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Edgewood, they will challenge Aberdeen at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
