 After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Peoria Notre Dame, Peoria Christian was happy to have turned things around  on Friday. They never let the Lowpoint-Washburn Wildcats onto the board and left with  an   8-0  victory. That's more bragging rights for Peoria Christian, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 For Lowpoint-Washburn's part, they saw one different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Sarie Grebner, who  went 1-for-2 with a  stolen base.
 The  win  got Peoria Christian back to even at 2-2. As for Lowpoint-Washburn, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
 Peoria Christian didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  12-3  loss vs. Dwight on the 13th. Lowpoint-Washburn has also already played their next game,  a  20-2  defeat against Henry-Senachwine on the 13th.
