Evan Jones Game Report: @ Gilmer

For the first time in his career, Evan Jones scored a receiving touchdown on Saturday. He picked up 64 receiving yards and one score as Northwest Whitfield took down Gilmer 42-28. Our internal rating system judged Saturday's effort as the best he's ever given (but hopefully not for long).

Coming up, Jones and Northwest Whitfield will square off against Heritage at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will pit Jones up against the Generals' star WR Cody Bryan.
