KIPP San Jose Collegiate is a perfect 3-0 against El Primero since April of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Wolfpack are taking a road trip to square off against the Lobos at 7:00 p.m.

KIPP San Jose Collegiate is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Yerba Buena just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Aztec Warriors by a score of 3-2.

KIPP San Jose Collegiate actually scored more points across those five sets (104-102), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-19, 17-25, 20-25, 15-12.

El Primero not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since February 20, 2024. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over ACE Charter.

While El Primero might've won, it sure wasn't easy: ACE Charter scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22, 25-23.

KIPP San Jose Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for El Primero, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.

KIPP San Jose Collegiate took their victory against El Primero in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolfpack since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
