Churchill won the last time they faced Eagle Point and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lancers came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 5-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lancers.

Churchill saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lucas Gansen, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one run. Those two RBI gave Gansen a new career-high.

Churchill's victory bumped their record up to 11-12. As for Eagle Point, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-14.

Churchill will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Eagles: the pair will be back at it again later today.
