Catholic Memorial won against Lincoln-Sudbury on Friday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Knights narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Milton Wildcats 4-2. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Catholic Memorial's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Milton, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Catholic Memorial and Milton should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Massachusetts Rankings. The Knights will challenge Franklin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (8 vs. 41). Meanwhile, Milton (ranked 31st) will meet Attleboro (ranked 180th) at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
