Fountain Lake had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past the Mountain Pine Red Devils 10-2 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cobras also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.
Brylee Heath was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Heath was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-4. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in RBI (two).
In other batting news, Meagan Tillery was a standout: she scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March. Ellie Johnson was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.
The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-8. As for Mountain Pine, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.
