Softball Recap: Rockwood Takes a Loss

Rockwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 17-1 to the Everett Warriors. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Rockets couldn't push the score so high this time.

Rockwood's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. Everett has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Rockwood didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 11-1 victory against Greater Johnstown on the 24th. As for Everett, they have also already played their next contest, a 13-1 win against Central on the 21st.
