After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rouse, Hays was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Lockhart Lions 15-7. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won seven matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Hays' victory bumped their record up to 13-6-1. As for Lockhart, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-10.

Hays will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Lions: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
