After flying high against New Miami last Friday, Dayton Christian came back down to earth. The contest between the WARRIORS and the Waynesville Spartans didn't end well, with the WARRIORS falling 52-35. The WARRIORS' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Dayton Christian's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Brody Schmidt, who rushed for 38 yards and three TDs, and ASA Crocket, who picked up 89 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Dayton Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Waynesville, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-4.
