Memorial entered their tilt with Emerson on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Everything went their way against the Emerson Mavericks as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Memorial never let Emerson on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-23, 25-12.
Julianna (Jules) Hernandez was a one-man wrecking crew for Memorial as she had 16 digs and four aces. That's the most aces (Jules) Hernandez has posted since back in October of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Childers, who had four digs and two aces.
