Volleyball Recap: Live Oak Triumphs + How To Watch

Live Oak posted their closest victory since October 1, 2024 on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Lindhurst Blazers, sneaking past 3-2. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Live Oak had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 11-25, 16-25, 25-18, 25-10, 15-10.

Their offense was headlined by Martha Luquin and Jiya Rai, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Yuliana Alanis Meza and her seven assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.
