Football Game Preview: T.W. Andrews Red Raiders vs. High Point Central Bison + How To Watch

T.W. Andrews and High Point Central are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2015, but not for long. The Red Raiders will challenge the Bison at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. High Point Central took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on T.W. Andrews, who comes in off a win.

T.W. Andrews' defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They breezed past Montgomery Central to the tune of 28-0.

One reason for the win was T.W. Andrews' imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for four sacks. Leading the way was Shamar Jackson with two. He is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made seven or more in each of the last seven games he's played. Cameron Bridges was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making 13 total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for High Point Central's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 42-0 to Lexington Senior, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

T.W. Andrews' win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 32.8 points over those games. As for High Point Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.
