Volleyball Recap: Basehor-Linwood Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Basehor-Linwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Silver Lake Eagles. The Bobcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

While Basehor-Linwood had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-18.

Basehor-Linwood's defeat dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Silver Lake, their win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 26-1.

Basehor-Linwood has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Tonganoxie on the 4th. As for Silver Lake, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Sedgwick on the 4th.
