Baseball Recap: West Branch Warriors vs. Homer-Center Wildcats

West Branch had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Homer-Center Wildcats by a score of 7-3 on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for West Branch.

Luke Liptak spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned runs on six hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive pitching appearances.
