Volleyball Recap: Greenbrier Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Greenbrier Christian Academy lost against Norfolk Christian back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Gators fell 2-0 to the Ambassadors. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sarah Saunders paced Greenbrier Christian Academy's offense, picking up six kills. Saunders got some help from Hannah Hess and her seven assists. Katelyn Balka controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Greenbrier Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 9-5-1. As for Norfolk Christian, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-8.

Greenbrier Christian Academy has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Tyler on the 13th. As for Norfolk Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Landstown on the 13th.
