Parkway South came tearing into Tuesday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Nerinx Hall Markers. This was payback for the Patriots, who suffered a 2-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Parkway South had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 13-25, 17-25, 25-18, 25-18, 15-13.

Parkway South's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Lily Hennekes led the charge by getting 15 digs and one assist. That's the most digs Hennekes has posted over her last six matchups. Kara Evans also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Parkway South was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. They are 12-2 when they serve at least ten aces.

Parkway South's record now sits at 16-9-4. As for Nerinx Hall, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-20.
