Basketball Game Preview: Burke Cougars vs. Tripp-Delmont/Armour Nighthawks

Having just played yesterday, the Burke Cougars will get right back to it and host the Tripp-Delmont/Armour Nighthawks at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 15 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Burke and three for Tripp-Delmont/Armour.

Burke is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against Boyd County on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Burke lost 57-37 to Boyd County.

Meanwhile, Tripp-Delmont/Armour didn't have quite enough to beat Centerville on Tuesday and fell 47-45.

Burke's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Tripp-Delmont/Armour, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
