Game recap: Lincoln-Way West High School Football Team takes down Bradley-Bourbonnais

Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, Ill.) pulled ahead on a kick return touchdown by Jarrod Ware, and subsequently went into halftime leading 14-13. Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, Ill.) took the lead to win the game on a field goal in the fourth quarter.

But three points in the fourth helped the Warriors pull out the victory.

With the win Lincoln-Way West extended its winning streak to five games. Lincoln-Way West defeated Andrew 42-14 last week.

The loss was the third in a row for the Boilermakers.

In a Southwest Suburban - Red game next week Lincoln-Way West (5-1) takes on Lincoln-Way North, and Bradley-Bourbonnais (3-3) will go up against Thornridge also in a Southwest Suburban - Red game.
