Basketball Recap: Hale Takes a Loss

Hale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 39-23 to the Tawas Area Braves. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Hale's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Tawas Area, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hale will be home for the holidays to greet Alcona at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Tawas Area, they will host Mio-Au Sable at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tawas Area's defense has only allowed 29.8 points per game this season, so Mio-Au Sable's offense will have their work cut out for them.
