In what's become a running theme this season, West Greene gave their fans yet another huge win on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 15-1 margin over California. The victory was just what West Greene needed coming off of a 10-0 defeat in their prior matchup.
Payton Gilbert made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (she also only allowed one walk). Gilbert was also big at the plate, going 3-for-3 with two triples, two stolen bases, and three runs.
