Volleyball Recap: Lutheran Lions vs. Montrose Red Hawks
Lutheran and Montrose squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Lutheran had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Hawks. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Red Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.
Gabriella Speckman paced Lutheran's offense, picking up 13 kills. Speckman got some help from Kate Wilson and her 24 assists. Wilson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.
