SEED lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Walkersville, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's game. The Sabers were the clear victors by a 63-41 margin over the Lions on Friday. The Sabers' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

SEED's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Walkersville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, SEED won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Varsity Opponent on Saturday. As for Walkersville, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Smithsburg at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026. The Lions will need to watch out since the Leopards have now posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
