Soccer Recap: Milby Comes Up Short

Milby saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell just short of the Angleton Wildcats by a score of 2-1. The Buffs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Milby's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Angleton, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Milby will square off against Spring Woods at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Milby is facing Spring Woods at the right time seeing as Spring Woods is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Angleton, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Sharpstown on the 4th.
